Order cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours after your order was placed provided that the tickets were not handed over to the Shipping company OR the e-tickets were not sent by e-mail.

Once the 2 hour period is passed we accept no cancellation nor exchange of tickets. We do not refund any amounts if you cancel your ticket after the 2 hour deadline.

In case you cancel your order within 2 hours and your payment was already received the cost of transferring the money back to your bank account will be deducted from the amount repaid. We do not pay back the handling fee either as we already incurred administrative and banking expenses in connection with your order.
